Thr motorized hydraulic C-frame presses of the CF/VR series with a range of three different powers ranging from 80 to 150 tons as standard.
Specially designed for medium and high production work in stamping, die cutting, and forming.
The latest generation CF/VR series hydraulic presses have evolved into a versatility of uses, such as the possibility of incorporating these machines into automatic production lines.
They operate with a hydraulic pressure below 290 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The CF/VR series hydraulic C-frame presses consist of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed with finite element software. With all this, we always guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.
They are equipped with an upper table and a lower table made of C45E steel machined with DIN 650 grooves. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism through four lateral cylindrical guides with a diameter of 50 mm with maintenance-free bimetallic antifriction bushings.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
Main single-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. For fast approach and return, 2 double-acting lateral cylinders with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and anti-wear guides have been installed, allowing fast speed for approach and return. Motorized hydraulic group, includes pre-filling valve for approach and return, and fixed flow pump for constant speed work. It includes non-return valve, pressure limiting valve, cylinder decompression valve, and air-oil cooling unit.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
It incorporates as standard a SIEMENS PLC mod. SIMATIC S7 1200 and an adjustable panel with a 7' touch screen mod. MPT-700. It allows programming power, cylinder stroke, and speeds. With a storage capacity of 300 memories. The electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled.
