Complete material drying and feeding system by Motan — ready to connect to injection or blow molding machines.
The system includes three integrated components:
1. Material vacuum loader (Motan METRO series)

Automatic pellet conveying from bag/big-bag to hopper
Electric motor with vacuum turbine
Dust filter and discharge valve

2. Stainless steel drying hopper

Suitable for
PMMA, SAN, PC, ABS, PET, PA (nylon), PE, PP, PS and all hygroscopic engineering plastics. Essential for cosmetic, optical and technical injection molding.
Application
Pre-drying and feeding of plastic granulate to injection molding machines, blow molding machines, and extruders. The system removes moisture from pellets to avoid surface defects (bubbles, streaks, hydrolysis) in finished parts.
