The washing machine consists of two programs: main wash and rinse.
This washer has 1 laundry compartment with a circulation pump spray system and a rinse section. The containers to be cleaned are cleaned by a chain conveyor fed through the compartment. During the main wash, wash water is removed from the pumping tank by a centrifugal pump through a piping system with spray over the container to be washed, in order to clean the container from the inside.
The washer can also perform disinfection functions by heating the water temperature above 82°C or by adding a disinfectant to the rinse water. The heating of the wash water is regulated by a central heating system 95/80ºC (third party supply) and is controlled by the digital temperature control unit within 0.1ºC. Depending on the degree of contamination.
Removal of superfluous fats and proteins is carried out by the pump with the over current principle.
